For clients ready to move forward, committing to a minimum of three 90-minute coaching sessions is recommended. This structure allows for meaningful progress, deeper reflection, and the development of practical strategies that support sustained leadership growth and measurable results.

Prior to beginning our coaching engagement, a coaching agreement will be established to outline the scope of services, expectations, confidentiality, and mutual commitments.
